what I did

From the identity
to the last shuttle.

For three days, DITEX brings travel industry decision-makers and their partners together around three words: meet, breathe, do business. There were three of us running it at 360 Sharing. Here's what I did, hat by hat.

(01)the identity

Art direction

Before you pick a single rug or lantern, you need to know what the event is trying to say. DITEX was meant to feel like a breather: a place where people slow down so they can really connect. I gave DITEX its look, then carried it into every space, so the vibe stayed the same across all three days.

  • Co-createthe DITEX identity, with the 360 Sharing team.
  • Leadthe entire art direction of the event.
  • Styledecor, rugs, lanterns, furniture: one consistent look from day one to the very end.
(02)the sales

Sales and marketing

A B2B event is only as good as the people in the room. My job: find the right partners, get the word out to travel professionals, and keep attendees engaged before, during and after the event.

  • Prospectthe “change makers”, the DITEX partners.
  • Promotethe event at the IFTM Top Resa trade show, from behind the booth.
  • Engagethe attendees' WhatsApp community, before, during and after.
(03)the network

Vendors

A great event is a chain of vendors working together without stepping on each other's toes. I picked them, negotiated with each one, then got everyone on the same schedule, always asking one question: does this make the attendee experience better?

  • Scoutthe venue as a team, all the way to choosing thecamp, near Aix-en-Provence.
  • Negotiatestyling, decor, caterers, musicians, AV: from sourcing to follow-up.
  • Syncone shared schedule with everyone, so it all held together over three days.
(04)on site

Coordination

On the day, everything you planned has to actually work. I spent four days on site, from setup to the last checkout, as the go-to person for vendors, speakers and attendees alike.

  • Runthe setup, the welcome and the event program.
  • Welcomevendors, speakers and over 300 attendees.
  • Orchestrateshuttles, keynotes, workshops, yoga and sports: everyone in the right place, on time.
  • Overseeworkshop equipment, reachable day and night until the last departure.
