Morocco Roadshow
Morocco, three times,
without leaving France.

A journey to Morocco,
for one evening.
Showcase Morocco as a destination to travel professionals in three major French cities. That meant finding three venues that already felt a little Moroccan, vendors who could bring it to life, and seamless logistics from one stop to the next.

From the first site visit
to the last guest.
On this roadshow, I had a hand in everything: venues, vendors, scheduling, on-site teams and the client relationship. Three cities, three stops, and the same high bar every time.
- Scout and contact venues in all three cities, then negotiate private hire rates.
- Source vendors (catering, decor, entertainment, AV), compare quotes and negotiate.
- Present each vendor to the client and get their sign-off before committing.
- Build the timeline and the setup plan, approved by the client before each stop.
- Coordinate over 20 vendors and contacts at every stop.
- Orchestrate arrivals and setups, so everyone is in the right place at the right time.
- Lead the teams on site, from setup to the last guest.
- Put out last-minute fires without guests ever noticing.
- Act as the link between the client and every vendor, from the first exchange to the wrap-up.
- Keep the client informed at every step, adjust, get approval.
- Guarantee the same quality in all three cities, despite different venues and teams.
Calligraphy, tea ceremony, Moroccan cuisine, furniture and live music: vendors and details chosen to transport guests at every stop.

Business meetings between Moroccan partners and travel professionals, scheduled in advance, then continued over cocktails.

Agadir Souss Massa,
at Pavillon Ledoyen.
After the roadshow, a new assignment from the same client: introduce Agadir and the Souss Massa region to travel professionals over a cocktail dinner at Pavillon Ledoyen, in Paris. Same standards, same method.
- Scoutthe venue with the team, all the way to choosing Pavillon Ledoyen.
- Negotiatewith the venue, acting as the link between it and the client.
- Presentthe project to the client, then carry it through to the night.
- Sourcepart of the evening's vendors.
- Coordinatethe evening on site, from the welcome to the last guest.
